I'm responsible to manage the projects on a day-to-day basis to deliver the required project products in accordance with the time, cost, quality, scope, benefits and risk performance goals and within the constraints agreed with the project board through:• I’m responsible for a large number of projects, which included noise enclosures, cables steel support, maintenance projects.• Project control by development and monitoring of contract planner and installation programme to ensure that the progress is in line with the deadline dates and that the forecasts for the project performance targets are within agreed tolerance. • Produce and monitor the development of Quality Plans (RAMS, ITP, lifting plans) and carrying out quality inspections and non-conformances.• Following up of project's activities such as check stock availability, order the consumables list, set up site pack, produce and update the programmes etc in order to meet tight deadlines.• Manage approval from client (Design package and QC) upon receiving an approved contract planner and setting up the baseline.• Distribution and review of drawings and documents to stakeholders, plus monitoring to ensure timely and quality submission.• Manage and resolve all engineering technical queries/clarifications with stakeholders, e.g. Structural calculations data sheet, full design package, Solidworks 3D model & CFD• Supply the contracts director with the required day to day updates in order to let them review and update the company overall monthly/yearly fabrication and installation programme.• Submit an early warning and produce the necessary variations, status report, checkpoint report, shipping lists and installation progress.• Management of suppliers to ensure the product is supplied to order and specifications and within the contracted delivery date, to fulfil overall project objectives.• Project site travel to meetings with clients and supplies.
