EAI - Enterprise Application Integration, which is the middle-ware communicates and integrates between different systems IT systems and Network elements. IT systems like Billing, Customer Relation Management, Fraud Management System, etc. Network elements like SMSC, IN, etc. This middle-ware system is using TIBCO products such as TIBCO EMS, TIBCO Administrator, TIBCO Business Works, etc and using Oracle DB.- Generation different kind of reports.- Deploying the enterprise archive in the TIBCO Administrator.- Managing EAI EMS Servers.- Monitor EAI EMS Servers, BW engines and Adapters.- Participate in the integration testing with different applications/teams.- Participate in investigation cases.- Provide different teams with XML files extracted from DB in order for them to investigate.
