Scheduled 4 design teams to design pipe-rack, substation, and foundations of machineries, compressors, and equipment, coordinated the locations and received loading data. Tracked and reported the progress to the Project Manager.• Personally designed 72m high reactor structure using SAP, and industrial U/G sewer system and trenches in AutoCAD.• Ensured compliance of complex design criteria and specifications, and multiple quality controls checking of calculations and DWG before final issue.• Introduced SAP 90 structural analysis program in the civil department for the first time, and performed training for interim engineers, and assigned each a project task to save project time.• Was nominated by the JV as the best project coordinator between all assistant PM in different disciplines.

• Performed design of Arak Petrochemical internal roads and main U/G sewer system. Achieved scope increase by 200%, when reported on impact of traffic generation of the plants on external roads. Carried out the assigned scope change, included plan, profile, super-elevation , storm drainage, typical details of roads, highways, and interchanges connecting Arak Refinery, Petrochemical, industrial city, inter-city roads, and highways.• Performed landscape and road design of a new large residential area on steep mountains, developed sharp curves with optimized land use. Generated plan, profiles, and storm collection system, typical details, and calculated cut/fill.

• Performed road maintenance, pavement marking and code adjustment, traffic sign improvement and replacement, inspection of storm drainage system to assure correct functionality, and supported estimation for tender bids.
