• Lead role in execution of client service & project delivery• Develop and deploy strategy for solving customer problems and help streamline their IT applications with the business processes• Analyse client’s business operations to understand their strengths and weaknesses to determine opportunities to automate processes and functions, by leveraging the best technologies.• Perform business process analysis & redesign; Assist in business transformation and transitioning, educate and handhold the user group to adapt to the new change.• Identify opportunities for introducing innovation & improvement for business operations.
