- Responsible for planning and monitoring all export shipments using Sharepoint and other tools for tracking from the Factory in The Philippines, Indonesia, and South Korea to their corresponding Markets (both Affiliates and Third Party Markets) making sure all purchase orders have been delivered on the agreed timeline.- Tasked to do several SAP transactions such as creating sales orders, doing goods receipts, creating delivery notes, generating invoices, and other export-related Transactions.- Communicate with the broker and Forwarder for the booking and trucking- Check with WH for the material availability and production status- Check with MRP for the forecast and update them on the status of the shipment- Reporting and leading a meeting for any issue and updates on the status of shipments
