Provide support to all 64 HUD Field Offices.-Privacy and Records Management: Manage HQ and Field correspondence, record retention process, and coordinates on the Privacy Impact Assessment in support of systems that process HUD data electronically. Serves as FPM’s Privacy Liaison Officer, Paperwork Reduction Act Liaison and Records Management Officer. -Front Office: Provides customer service to all incoming callers and visitors. Orders office supplies, managing WebTA, distributing incoming mail, and updating HQ’s phone list. -Technology Support: Supports and provides services pertaining to Information Technology (IT) for the Office of Field Policy and Management. Submits helpdesk tickets for IT issues, manages the office printers, manages FPM’s mobile devices inventory, updates FPM’s HQs webpage, and completes the annual webpage certification.-Conference and Logistics Support: Oversee complex logistical and procurement needs associated with large-scale events to promote FPM initiatives and collaboration.
