 Responsible for optimizing a region consisting of over 700 sites with four carriers (L1800, L2100, and L800 (20 +10 MHz)). Load balancing over LTE carriers using tilt actions, MLB feature, priority parameters, and mobility parameters. Performing parameter audits for the worst-performing cells and recommending parameter changes. Troubleshooting capacity bottlenecks in the network and recommending capacity changes and upgrades accordingly. Preparing CME projects and all necessary scripts for LTE operations (PCI change, BW expansion, adding layers, etc.) and ensuring successful execution. Conducting site audits and QA inspections to ensure correct builds, including alarm reporting and resolution, golden parameter settings, TAC/LAC audits, PCI conflicts, power audits, tilts, azimuths, RET functionality, and identification, etc. Optimizing the mobile network to meet daily performance KPIs (Accessibility and Retainability, LTE throughput, latency, and mobility success rates). Implementing new features to enhance network performance and facilitate growth. Optimizing KPIs for new rollout sites. Collaborating with other teams, such as the core team and the transport team, to ensure seamless operation between the LTE network and other network components. Managing LTE switches to improve downlink/uplink throughput (EPF, IRC, DL scheduling switches, CQI adjust switches, CA algorithm switches, MIMO audits, etc.). Optimizing radio frequency (RF) parameters, including power levels, antenna tilt, and handover parameters, to enhance network performance. Analyzing network performance data to identify areas for improvement, such as areas with poor coverage, low throughput, or high latency. Planning and executing network optimization projects, such as site upgrades or new site deployments. Deploying and validating 4x4 MIMO for a scope of 170 sites.

 Responsible for creating Radio & Core Performance Department for Sudani co.ltd Using visualization tool (Tableau & python) to show Radio and core (PS core & CS core) Key performance indicators clearly. Ability to work with large amounts of information and see the ‘bigger picture’. Create Network KPIs Degradation Templates (Daily, Weekly & Monthly). Analysis for Degradation Cases and giving recommendation to solve it. Critical thinking: able to look at numbers, trends, and data and come to new conclusions based on the findings. Attention to detail. A high level of mathematical ability. Supervision and Technical support for performance Team.

 Responsible for checking and optimizing daily top worst cells. Network audit for LTE & GSM neighbors and basic parameter. Submitting daily progress KPI improvement report to the customer. Monitor & analyze the LTE & GSM Radio Network Statistics on daily basis. Responsible for reducing congestion and drops, improving CSSR and HOSR. dealing professional with the radio parameters to improve the KPIs. Responsible for the drive test and Layer 3 analysis and taking the necessary action to improve the performance. Responsible for testing the radio performance for the newly integrated sites. Responsible for monitoring BSC, BTS and e-NB alarms, checking inconsistencies and discrepancies in adjacency, non-symmetrical adjacency, handover synchronization, non-unique CI and LAC and frequency and administrative states of the objects in network. Performed cluster optimization as per agreed KPIs. Troubleshooting coverage, signal quality, low throughput, and handover failure by adjusting antenna azimuth, tilt or Hight, BTS transmit power, and define neighboring cells. Managed network traffic. Design an OPT Tools by VBA code to get all site info and generate the scripts Automatically.
