My fields of interests are e.g., wholesale electricity markets, electricity market models, transmission lines, energy generation, renewable energy sources, demand response, energy efficiency, and carbon neutral climate policy / energy generation. I'm interested to work in R&D, projects (project manager), teaching, communication, or sale. My working style is brisk and analytic. I quickly learn also new things.

In addition to the parental leave, I have been as a cabinet member in a housing cooperative since 2017. I have also done mystery shopping at Palvelu Plus and wrote some articles to Sähköala magazine.

My main research field was smart energy transition, including e.g. the analyses of the future electricity markets, capacity markets, demand response and RES. In addition, I was in charge of teach on the 'electricity trade' course.

I wrote my Ph.D. thesis "Cross-border transmission capacity development - Experiences from the Nordic Electricity Markets". I worked as a researcher in the projects which topics were e.g., 'Vision for European Electricity Markets in 2030' and 'Russian electricity markets'. The projects were commissioned e.g., by Finnish Energy Industry, Fingrid and Nord Pool Spot. The research methods were, for example, scenarios, international surveys, literature reviews, interviews and calculations. I worked as a project manager on some of these projects when I also was in charge of timetable and communication with stakeholders. I wrote several project reports and the results of the research projects have been exploited in the cooperation organisations. E.g. Fingrid has published the Russian electricity study results in their web pages to help their customers to understand the Russian electricity markets better. Moreover, I wrote many international scientific articles from the research results.I also taught on several university courses both in Finnish and English, e.g., 'Electricity Markets' and 'Power Exchange Game for Electricity Markets'. I coordinated the development project of the new game board for power exchange game.
