- Organize and oversee Interviewers activities at the clinics.- Monitor the work progress in all events.- Deliver Collected Samples to Dasman (Tissue bank).- Assure that work protocols was followed by Interviewers. - Verify that the collected data was correctly stored in the REDCAP software.- Coordinate Interviewers daily tasks and give support and backup.- Ensure Compliance with the quality assurance/ quality control standers.

Managed and distributed daily tasks for 3 clinics in an Environmental research study called "TRACER". Followed up pregnant women during pregnancy phase and with their children after they give birth. To do that we filled questionnaires & took Samples.

- Issue Certificates.- Receive Monthly Installments (Cash & K-net & deducting from the customer's account No.).- Change the guarantor.- Conversion of debt.- Contact the latecomers customers.

- Receiving phone calls, inquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate.- Organizing and maintaining diaries and making appointments.- Typing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations.- Organizing and attending meetings and ensuring the manager is well prepared for meetings.- I also have my own personal workload and responsibilities.- Translating letters and reports (when needed).
