The most critical part is issuing notifications of ETD exercises & assignments and delivery notices to clients and proprietary traders.- Daily assignments of equity options: processing in BO/FO systems and client notifications- LIFFE Gilts deliveries: Ensuring that any clients holding Long positions during the First Notice Period are aware of the risk of physical delivery.- Ensuring any ongoing business takes account of Corporate Action (CA) events across markets and products. All CAs are processed in accordance with timelines determined by exchanges.- Control and oversight of settlement processes, ensuring that various settlement teams communicate effectively between counter-parties and settle the deliveries in a timely manner.- Continuous communication with Client Service and Middle Office teams, to provide the first-class service to various stakeholders.
