Having 25 years gulf years of exposure in Gulf countries with reputed contracting companies at senior level.Project management and execution of MEP Services (Installation & Commissioning),Study / identification and listing of Project challenges,Identification of Grey areas in the projects,Selection of Sub contractors and follow up with them,Conducting Progress control meetings with division engineers and sub-contractors,My Major discipline is HVAC system (Chiller systems as well as district cooling) active involvement in Plumbing drainage & Fire Fighting,Areas covered are: Hotel projects, Infra structure, Tower projects, Compounds and housing projects, Uncommon buildings.Coordinating with all other services including but not limited to: - Power, ELV, elevators, water features, electrical system with HT, Transformers, standby generator, ELV system consisting of CCTV, BMS, Structured cabling, Public Address, Integrated reception, Access control, Central battery, SNG, SCADA, District cooling piping, street lightings and all kinds of utility services,Coordination and liaising with consultants and government authorities for approval,Segregation of specification for sourcing the materials, vendor list and supplier finalisation,Scope demarcation for sub contract works,Control of NCR,Establishing WBS,Maintaining Risk Register,Contractual letter writing,Generating asset register,Follow up with Logistics and procurement department for timely delivery of materials,Providing necessary Input while preparing shop drawings and coordination drawings,Initiation of RFIs,Coordinating with other trade contractors on arranging work sequencing, generating work fronts and area clearance internal / external inspection etc., Submission of Budgeting, Submission of Bills and monitoring the Cash flow,Submitting progress reports,Identification and setting out of temporary services, Control of stores and materials dispatch to site needs,Arrangement of sample submission and preparing mock ups,Attending meetings with Owner, PMC, consultant and external Authorities,Conducting Quality meetings and adhering QHSE norms,Establishing QHSE Audits,Follow up with the staff to comply the LEED requirements,Preparation of look ahead plan, Mitigation plan and strict follow up, Creating variation orders, follow up to obtain Engineers Instruction and tracking.
