The Opportunities Fund Program is a federally funded program that is dedicated to assisting individuals with disabilities in their journey toward meaningful employment. My role includes a variety of responsibilities, including job development, where I actively seek out opportunities that align with the skills and interests of our clients. I also provide personalized coaching to help individuals navigate the job market, enhance their interview skills, and build confidence in their abilities. Each day my goal is to empower my clients to secure and sustain fulfilling jobs in their community.
