- Hotline (answer to incoming calls, communication with event organisers)- Mail (consideration of applications, forwarding of messages within UCMC responses to requests)- Formation of the schedule (collection of applications, entering information about events in the table with the schedule)-Monitoring questions during event broadcasts and addressing them to speakers, prompt resolution of unforeseen problems during the event, assistance in the hall with a microphone- Writing releases based on the results of the events- General coordination with speakers and event organisers (answers to questions via mail and hotline, contacting speakers to clarify information)- Inviting participants to the events (sending invitations and official requests and communicating with speakers)- Publishing releases/longreads on the site and creating content (adding photos, videos)- Translation of selected materials into English- Posting the schedule and announcements on the site- Translation of the schedule into English- Communication with the photographer regarding the receipt of materials and the wishes of event organizers- Uploading photos to Flickr- Sending digests to the contact database via Mailchimp- Communication with translators- Communication with a technical specialist regarding broadcasts, cross-posting, timely display of videos and wishes of event organizers- Monitoring of current news- Selection of speakers for proactive events
