Carrying out quality audits writing reports, recommending and monitoring changes. The writing and updating of policies for the organisation involving the H&S document, Lone working , and Standing operating procedures. Responsibility for training courses organised by FB both internally and externally, team training, conferences and membership of governing bodies. Delivering Reality Therapy training and designing and running the FB induction training to all staff. I have also been responsible for guiding the organisation through three inspections by the Investors in People standard.

The designing and running of programmes for Youth at Risk. Courses were for up to 12 young people and lasted for 10 days with 5 of these spent in a wilderness area. Staff training and evaluation. Responsible for field operations budget. Reporting and evaluation of courses. Maintenance and purchasing of equipment. Line management responsibility for Training Team staff.
