Transputec Computers provides multi-platform IT solutions for medium and enterprise sized clients including outsourcing and data centre hosted solutions. Main tasks and responsibilities include:• Design and develop data centre and hosted solutions and services for internal and external customers; specialising in server, desktop and application virtualisation, SQL design & management, SharePoint and application management.• Collaborate with project managers and technical directors to provision estimates, develop overall implementation solution plan, and serve lead as required, to implement installation, customization, and integration efforts.• Designing and delivering technical solutions within budget and cost models.• Oversee aspects of project life cycle, from initial kickoff through requirements analysis, design and implementation phases for projects within solution area .• Build and maintain repository for deliverables, methodologies, and business requirements.• Interface and coordinate tasks with internal and external technical resources.• Designing and implementing technical solutions from the pre-sales stage through to project implementation.• Documenting solutions, creating processes and procedures for support teams, 3rd party vendors and helpdesk environments.• Post project review and analysis to improve working practices.

To provide a professional second and third line helpdesk support service, maintain SLA’s and report on regular bases to senior management. Analyzing support logging systems for tends and escalating them to their respective owners. Ensuring disaster recovery plan and network documentation is current.
