Managed and monitoring operational 4 star hotel with 274 rooms and include managed rental office tower with 4215 sqm, attached with hotel

Responsible for all hotel activity and Financial operational and report directly to Corporate company and Owner.Responsible for Hotel operational, Room division, F&B Banquet, and Finance.Maintained relationship between Corporate company and Owner.Directly report to The Board Of DirectorsNegotiating with suppliers for pricing and project deadlineSupervise that all projects Represent the owners when neededVisit clients to ensure that all request are handled professionally and with personal care.Develops Financial, Operational and business plan Fosters the development of positive work environment for all employeesDevelopment and implementation of marketing planEnsures that the quality and service standard are met Preparing the manning and recruitmentTo scheduled all training and maximize the staff movement within the group.

Control all expenses account and ensure the transaction are correct and follow the accounting principle.

Control all the transaction trough to general ledger and audit the transaction necessary

Audit all day transaction and reported to Income auditor

Reconcile hotel transaction and made tax report for payment purposed.
