• Lead the coordination of tasks among Architects, MEP and Structural Engineers from different cultural backgrounds as well as coordinating with clients during the Pre-contract award and Post contract award periods• Handling all Pre-contract Management, Post-Contract management, Tenders, Offers, timelines, scheduling, Planning and the complete end to end tendering process for all Projects Advised clients about healthy living and steps to reduce the aging process.• Preparing tenders for clients and commercial bids to help bring in new business projects while developing and presenting proposals.• Discussing, drafting, reviewing and negotiating the terms of business contracts, policies, and procedures• Managing design time schedules, budgets, and all kinds of operations• Implement Internal Business development and Operation management control and follow up among various departments including HR, accounting, technical team and marketing.
