Verifying the internal documents of the associates for Visa purpose who are travelling abroad for internal projects. Handling their queries through mail and chat for their proper documentation, and also coordinate with respective members to submit the mandatory documents and then only further process to be done. I am the one point of contact for all their queries related documentation. Business visa and work permit visa will be processed for short and long terms. While processing the visa, data should be maintained from initial to final stage for their future clarifications. After checking the documents, higher authority will check for the errors through internal audit.

Processing the application for the students studying in abroad to fulfill their dreams after completing the graduation degree. Applications processing of student details like name, personal details, under graduation degree, course completion certificate, etc., and also check whether the particular student is eligible to pursue the higher studies. While processing the application, if any other details do not match, we will coordinate with the particular student to send the correct details and then only further process will be done. After further processing, we have to get the approval from some other authority to check and verify that student is eligible to undergo the higher studies in abroad
