• Assist in Month End Closing and Reporting as per due dates from Group Controlling• Assisting Financial Controller in day-to-day finance management and reporting• Assisting Budget and Forecast preparation for the business• Preparing various Balance Sheet Reconciliation for SOX compliance• Ensuring timely management reporting to various divisions within business post month end period• Learning and supporting Accounts Payable and Account Receivable functions for process improvements and serving as back up during period of leave• Managing full Asset Register for the business including asset creation, disposal, transfer as per company asset policy• Post weekly and monthly payroll journals and timely lodgment of payroll tax with office of state revenue• Administrating company credit cards for all Australia and New Zealand Card Holders• Timely and accurate upload and coding of company credit card transactions for month end closing• Maintaining lease register for Wirtgen Australia and related AFL requirements• Assisting Financial Controller in preparing various supporting documents for different tax lodgments• Work as key coordinator for external, internal and management audits• Understand internal controls and comply with US SOX requirement within finance division all the time• Ensure mitigating controls are review in timely fashion for US SOX requirements• Help Financial Controller to improve existing company process and policies
