Communicating with clients and ATO for taxation matters.Preparation of income tax returns up to 600 Individuals during Tax Season.Preparation of General Ledger and B/S reconciliations and monthly end journals, P/L statements.Preparation of Financial Statements and Tax Return of Partnership, Companies, Trusts & High Net worth Individuals.Liaison with the Australian Taxation Office regarding Client tax matters.Perform heavy Bank Reconciliation and Cash Flow Statements.Compile working papers for tax effective planning and preparation of full year financial Statements.Perform Complex General Accounting Functions, including preparation of journal entries, account analysis and balance sheet reconciliations.Maintain fixed asset Module and calculate and record monthly depreciation expense.Reconcile bank statements to clients' books and prepared financial statements from client Documents.Complete monthly, quarterly and annual bank reconciliations for small companiesReconcile and report discrepancies found in recordsCommunicate with client, employees and other individuals to answer questions and explain information.Key Achievements:Consistently met KPI (Key Performance Indicator) Targets in Tax Fillings.Received numerous positive feedbacks from Clients and Senior Manager.Was given the additional responsibility to provide training interns, Bookkeeper and junior Accountants.
