I moved into an operations orientated role with Maersk Oil & Gas in 2006 and progressed over a 5 year period through to deputy OIM level. I have since then been employed as an Offshore Installation Manager from 2011- 2024 by Talisman Energy/ Talisman-Sinopec/ Repsol-Sinopec & latterly Repsol Resources UK and performed the role across a number of their offshore sites.I am familiar with both fixed platforms and FPSO/FSU operations and until recently been managing the Claymore asset with POB levels in range of 180-200.I have also previously performed in a number of key onshore secondment roles during my time with both my previous and current employer and am quite comfortable working at an elevated level and communicating to a senior leadership body.Familiarity with systems including sub-sea and topside well management, oil/water separation, gas lift, oil export, gas compression, dehydration, water injection, produced water, metering, chemical injection and control systems.Early offshore career spent predominantly in engineering & construction functional roles, experienced in major hook-up projects and smaller subsea tie-back projects.I have on occasion throughout my career also provided onshore support in both Operations Managerial & Project Manager delivery role
