I am primarily responsible for planning and executing processes within Clarks Owned and Third party Distribution Centres across the whole of the Clarks Group including Asia, Europe and the Americas, providing assurance to the Business that the finished goods stock records are accurately maintained.I ensure that a robust set of processes are in place in these Distribution Centres for the prevention, detection and reporting to management of fraud, theft and malpractice. I am also responsible for implementing stock integrity processes in our Asia Pac, Europe and the Americas Owned Retail stores. Maximising the accuracy of the stock records at all these sites is my primary objective.

I lead and direct a team responsible for ensuring that Clarks Group stock records are accurately maintained and that processes are in place for the prevention, detection and reporting to management of fraud, theft & malpractice around stock and retail cash handling across the entire Clarks Group.

I worked with Oddbins in a variety of positions including Store Manager, Auditor and Regional Business Manager.
