- Worked with Camp Director to create programming for, and deliver the first all-virtual camp done by the Eco-Adventure Camp (a subset of Queen's University Biological Station).- As part of those efforts, designed and implemented a marketing plan to increase attendance through multiple sources, including social media, email, and newsletters. - Managed all camp counsellors. - Created and oversaw the implementation of schedules and procedures for entire camp operations comprising staff and campers. - Planned curriculum and daily schedules in collaboration with Camp Director. Scheduled and ran regular staff meeting to discuss curriculum and activities for implementation. - Prepared camp programming, focusing on meeting operational and educational needs, while engaging children of various ages, skills, and interests. - Evaluated and documented participant performance and growth, relaying participant performance and growth to parents through both oral and written evaluations. - Maintained effective consistent communication with parents and families, addressing student achievements, behaviour concerns and other matters
