I get to maintain and develop my senior level relationships in both Operations and Support, but now have a far more extensive, direct 360 degree network. I also have the luxury of contributing to key improvement projects for the business.The scope of the role seems infinite and it is my pleasure, honour and delight to be part of this fantastic company. A varied and rewarding role - on the one hand this matched the job title focusing on key contract development, including mobilisation support, business process engineering & improvement and client retention.However, it also embraced confidential 1-2-1 sessions with directors and senior managers, providing a safe space to discuss prevailing work demands, challenges and successes.

What started as a three month, part-time temporary post, blossomed into an engaging, fascinating position, focusing on managing high-level relationships with several key clients with a fluctuating total portfolio value between £20 - £30m.I was able to draw on my depth of former experience as both client and supplier to assess and implement innovative means to optimise relationships, improve performance reporting and increase likelihood of contract extension and renewal.
