I formed Monarch Technical Services in 1991 when I left Western Geophysical where I was the marine processing manager. Monarch Geophysical Services was formed in 1996. Since 1991 I have managed numerous 2D and 3D projects with the last 26 years mainly involving 3D depth migration projects, both land and marine, from the North Sea and many parts of Europe and North & West Africa. I have also been involved in the planning and management of CSEM surveys. The management of most projects has included the drawing up of tender documents and their subsequent evaluation, both financial and technical, leading to an award recommendation. In total MONARCH has managed more than 800 projects over the last 26 years many of them being multiple surveys. I have over 40 years industry experience starting at GSI in 1974 working in land processing
