I have specialized in handling third-party liability claims, primarily litigation involving serious or catastrophic injury. Experience includes Personal and Commercial lines of business. I have worked with Small Business, Middle Markets, and Global Corporate accounts, including transportation, construction, retail, hospitality, gaming, real estate, product manufacturing, agricultural and energy fields. Experience includes auto and trucking, premises liability, products, liquor liability, employers liability and advertising injury. I have handled claims in 35+ of the 50 states. I am a team member of the QBE Major Case Unit (MCU) for GL and Auto, and part of the specialized team handling GL claims within the QBE Multinational program.
