Construction of the new SCR at Ratcliffe Power Station, Erection of the supporting steelwork prior to a total destruct and rebuild of the ducting sections including the fitting of the turning vanes and dampers .Overseeing welding and fabrication activities of the ducting panels, rigging and lifting operations on site .Also overseeing major outage works to other units along side of the construction works.Turnaround work at the Stanlow Oil Refinery to include the removal of the regen head on the cracker unit and removal and refit of overcalled valves and pipework to suit. Erection of 3no 150ft modular built Biomass towers including the installation of silos, mills and pipework to suit.Build up and installation of the conveyors , gantries and walkways.
