In my area, I am responsible for the sanitation operations of multiple facilities. My area has more than 250 employees on its payroll. Besides meeting performance & safety expectations in my facilities, my primary focus is to ensure that my customers are satisfied with the results and if they are not, I work with my plant level team to set goals to bring our performance quality back to company standards. My goal is always to ensure that my customers believe and trust that our service is worth the money they are spending.

Managed teams in several locations within my assigned area. Looking for potential hazards to eliminate, ensuring that my team was working in a safe manner, and working with my leads and trainers to ensure that the team was trained according to company standards. Additionally, we managed the times that we began work, the window in which we had to complete the job, and the time when we released the area back to production. I was one of the first people to arrive in the facility and the last person to leave, walking out with my boss at the end of the day.
