Malcolm is an instructor of Artificial Intelligence Management, Information Systems, Database Design, IT Project Management Consulting, and Cloud Business Development. He was also program head of the BITMAN program for over a decade. He is the owner and founder of ESP Analytics, a software selection web application startup, TaskForce Unlimited, a project task web application startup, and Ferrier Consulting, a Vancouver-based IT consulting company that has developed multiple applications for public and private organizations since 2002. Instructor of Artificial Intelligence Management, Cloud Business Development, Business Systems Programming (Python), Management Information Systems, Database Design, and IT Project Management Consulting. Published several papers on project scheduling, software selection, and simulation for teaching (see Publications).
