Review, advise on, and conduct analyses, evaluations, or investigations in support of organizational programs, systems, and processes, including areas where definitions, methods, and/or data are incomplete, controversial, or uncertain, or where boundaries of the studies are extremely broad and difficult to determine in advance. Plan and conduct experimental analyses that result in new design guidelines, and have an effect on program or mission capabilities and/or operating procedures.Develop new methods and techniques to address obscure problems for which guidelines or precedents are not substantially applicable. Analyze the improvement of program effectiveness or the improvement of current managementprocesses and systems. Perform long-range planning and analysis of new programs where precedents are scarce or nonexistent. Works with management to develop long-range plans for efficient and effective program implementation and administration.Apply a wide range of qualitative and/or quantitative methods for the assessment and improvementof short and long-range goals of the organization. Provides analysis and advice on complex programissues. Based on operations and changing program requirements, identifies relevant issues. Collectrelevant information from many varied sources, some of which are difficult to access; devise newanalytic techniques to evaluate findings and makes recommendations.Present findings and recommendations on complex issues or problems impacting major programs.Recommendations may pertain to complex, interrelated issues or conflicting goals and objectives.Recommendations impact long-range implementation and administration of agency programs.

Assisted in the development and implementation of recovery planning for response and recovery operation.Established recovery evaluation tools, voluntary agency participation in recovery operations, coordinated support to voluntary agency networks and long term recovery groups from federal, state, and local governmental and partner agencies.Coordinated with National/State and local Voluntary Organizations Active in Disaster to facilitate partnerships and information sharing.Directed, coordinated, and managed Staff as necessary to achieve mission objectives.Conducted strategic planning for community recovery and facilitated meetings and broker action among multiple community sectors;Managed and directed outreach activities.Direct the establishment and maintaining effective working relationships with community agencies, schools, businesses, various levels of government and the general public and Monitored progress through collecting data– both qualitative and quantitative.

Working in partnership with Federal, State and Local Government Agencies and and stakeholders to convene working groups which provide venues to conduct community assessments, key stakeholder and high-level policy discussions to understand the impact of the storm, response and recovery efforts to date, and assess the gaps between needs and resources; Conduct strategic planning for community recovery interventions and facilitate meetings and broker action among multiple community sectors; Support outreach activities such as establishing contacts and attending community meetings; Facilitate the establishment and maintaining of effective working relationships with Governmental Agencies.Monitor Programs and recovery progress through collecting data– both qualitative and quantitative and providing analysis to Senior Red Cross Leadership, Community and Government partners.

Provides management assistance to AmeriCorps St. Louis, responsibilities include liaison to the State Emergency Management Agency of Missouri, Federal Emergency Management Agency, Missouri Voluntary Organizations Active in Disaster and Missouri Government Faith Based and Community disaster Partnership, and various other government and private sector agencies. Work on Public Affairs, Policy development, Organizational Development, donations and volunteer management operations and Human Capital Development.

AmeriCorps St. Louis is one of the oldest AmeriCorps Programs around. Locally based in St. Louis, the ERT has responded to disasters ranging from 911, Katrina, Oklahoma city bombing, and the challenger explosion. Served on Wilderness Conservation projects Supported FEMA region 7 operations center, supported Missouri's SEMA, supported Mississippi's MEMA, traveled to and served in Mississippi, Arkansas, Kansas, Nebraska, Iowa, Missouri, Illinois, Montana, Alabama and Louisiana at various times throughout my 2 years of service.

Formulated Analysis of SUNY Educational policy. Advised Association on matters of Academic policy. Directed Academic Affairs Committee, and served on the General Education Assessment and Review board of SUNY system.

I Provided Direct Academic Tutoring support to Students in the Subject areas of History, Sociology, Philosophy, Political Science, and Anthropology as well as writing support.
