I’ve had a boost in passion for teamwork since 2014 when I joined the United States Army.I have over 4 years of professionalism and improving the productivity of work environments. Team member able to give and take commands, thrive in choas , and take initiative in the absence of orders. I have been trained to adapt, apply implements, apply controls, and adapt another day if needed be. I am a leader. I make sure no one is left behind, and everyone is pushing forward. I train and give opportunities for team members to train me. I love a team that can develop and achieve. I see myself as a team lead for some Government Organization. I see myself as a Department of Defense Civilian working to help the public health and safety of all nations. My mission is to become and to be surrounded around healthcare professionals. I will use the knowledge and skills from pursuing and obtaining a A.S Degree , and I will use the knowledge and skills I have serving 4 years of U.S Army Public Health to become an effective team member. Wherever I end up I believe Training for efficiency, respect, and integrity will build an outstanding team and keep team members morale high and families secured.
