Surveys include creating scale floor plans, floor level and verticality surveys, invasive and non-invasive damage investigation, and reporting on both visible, discovered and implied damage. He also recommended and commissioned further Engineer inspections (e.g. structural and/or geotechnical), undertook and commissioned asbestos investigation and testing,undertook retaining wall surveys, and compiled all gathered information and authored reports so as to provide an overall assessment of all damage to the property and a full remediation strategy to repair the structure. Malcolm has over twelve years in the construction industry across the resources, training and project co-ordination space, in New Zealand and the UK.
