He also recommended and commissioned further Engineer inspections (e.g. structural and/or geotechnical), undertook and commissioned asbestos investigation and testing,undertook retaining wall surveys, and compiled all gathered information and authored reports so as to provide an overall assessment of all damage to the property and a full remediation strategy to repair the structure. Malcolm has over twelve years in the construction industry across the resources, training and project co-ordination space, in New Zealand and the UK. In Christchurch for the last ten years, he has employed, controlled and organised a diverse workforce across both construction management and site-based trades across multiple sites and locations, ensuring programme delivery targets are met and exceeded.Malcolm is well experienced in business development and relationship management, and has strong professional relationships across the local and national building construction space, including contractors, sub-contractors, professional quantity surveying firms and project management consultancies.
