I have worked in the financial services sector since 1996, and have held a variety of roles in that time. The last 16 years have been the most rewarding; working with Mearns & Company as a Financial Planner, Employee Benefits Director and, more recently, Client Strategy Director. I've learned a lot in this time, and helped countless individuals to secure their financial goals and achieve peace of mind. I also work closely with our corporate clients, helping them to enrich their compensation and reward strategies, drive significant cost savings and ensure delivery of a first class service. We help with UK and global benefits provision and I am a member of the International Employee Benefits Association (IEBA).I am a Chartered Financial Planner by qualification and experience, and I am also a Fellow of the Personal Finance Society. In addition to this, I am a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) having completed the STEP Diploma for Scotland with distinction. Finally, I am a founding Director of Lightbox Reward. Lightbox Reward is a FinTech business, with a core product which is used by companies from all sectors to deliver flexible benefits, employee communication and benefits administration automation.
