Working in several different industries since a teen, I have developed a broad scope when it comes to the Service Industry. My experiences range from Food Service, Banking, Retail, to my longest in Property and Casualty Insurance. I believe that a company is only as good as it's reputation and that reputation is only as good as the people who make up that company. I pride myself on being flexible, dependable, hardworking, honest and most of all fun to work with. I love innovative companies that break away from the norm and think outside of the box. I believe people should be valued on their work ethic, drive, and determination, because that is often worth far more than what any job experience or education can provide.Some favorite accomplishments are: -Developing an employee knowledge base.-Creating and administering a department wide Perception Survey to judge employee/management relationships.-Creating various media items (video, print) used by several departments throughout the company. -Kicking off the company's first completely online new hire training class. -Assisting with the opening of a new contact center. In my free time I enjoy photography, blogging, videography, and cooking.
