My contagious positive attitude and organizational skills make anything possible.After working in a law firm as receptionist > legal assistant > paralegal for five years, I graduated with my bachelor's in communication (PR and Advertising) from UNF in 2020. My journey to graduation was about ten years, but I would not trade the work experience I gained along the way for anything. I found out I was pregnant my senior year in college and only grew more motivated to finish strong. I wrote a 20-page research paper with a newborn and working fulltime. Graduating during COVID meant there was no walking across the stage, but my best friend since fourth grade and I bought cap and gowns off Amazon and had a fun photoshoot on campus. A few months after graduation I took a short sabbatical from working at Morgan and Morgan to start my hunt for my new career path using my degree. I came to LinkedIn with one of those graduations photos and said #hereIam and within a few days found a marketing coordinator position AT A LAW FIRM, perfect!After a year of gaining experience as a marketing coordinator, a new opportunity a larger firm downtown (closer to my house) was presented to me, and I decided to take a chance.
