Developing and implementing adoption, training and change management strategy for high-profile projects strongly impacting the entire firm:− global launch of a new collaboration platform – training for 3,500 colleagues globally within 1 month, bite-sized video-tutorials, white glove training for OW partners, training for CEO and Global Leadership Team− Microsoft 365 migration into a different tenant – training for 1,100 colleagues globally, training materials, communication plan − global rollout of a new collaboration and storage solution – training for more than 1,000 colleagues, network of champions, training materials3. Managing Technology Adoption & Training team (Poland, Mexico, Costa Rica) - ensuring the team members grow in their roles and achieve outstanding results4. Preparing and delivering 1:1 white glove training for senior leaders on various applications
