- Gain deep understanding of the customer’s business to identify key value drivers and have the ability to coordinate complex sales cycles, leading matrix sales teams to deliver solutions based on Microsoft and partner products. This approach will manifest itself in a large product and solutions pipeline and subsequent business insight (Big Data, BI and Analytics) and mission critical solution wins. - Develops a deep understanding of the customer’s business, key strategies, financial drivers and line of business tactics that they are targeting to achieve their business goals, using this information to develop and communicate high impact solutions that enable the customer to achieve our mutual objectives. - Works with the sales team to develop account plans to drive the above outcomes, and to pursue identified opportunities, formulating a unified account strategy which aligns Microsoft and key Microsoft partners based on identified opportunity parameters - Works closely with the customer decision makers to identify solution decision criteria, orchestrates the virtual team to identify and execute the plan to deliver against the criteria - Facilitates deeper account/opportunity engagements to accelerate solution opportunities and ensure that supporting technical and consulting resources are driving solutions targeted to key solution decision criteria.- Creates and presents deliverables (E.g. criteria proof plan, value propositions, etc…) targeted to address identified customer needs.- Drive positive Customer and Partner Experience (CPE) that can be leveraged in future sales engagements
