CurrentSummer Search empowers young people to discover their purpose and critical consciousness through 7+ years of mentoring, summer experiential learning opportunities, and by providing support during the critical transition from high school to post-secondary education through to launching a fulfilling career.-Drives overall program strategy and strengthens core program model and performance-Leads and advances innovation initiatives designed to deepen Summer Search’s reach and impact-Oversees network-wide learning and evaluation-Ensures program is participant-informed and participant-centered-Reinforces the organizational vision for equity, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) across all facets of the program-In collaboration with the talent team, attracts, develops, coaches, and retains a high-functioning, diverse, and nationally dispersed network of program leaders and staff-In collaboration with regional executive teams, cultivates existing and develops new institutional partnerships-In partnership with other organizational leaders, initiates, develops, and manages relationships with strategic program partners on a local, regional, and national basis-In collaboration with the development team, expands revenue generating and fundraising activities to support existing programs and growth
