I am currently working as a assistant operations engineer in Engro Polymer and Chemicals ltd karachi.• Skills of Area.. i have skilled of Oxygen Vent recycle gas area of EDC/VCM plant. I am working on major plant Equipments fluidized bed reactor in wich exothermic reaction take place of highly concentrated HCL ,O2, C2H4 and compressed recycle gas out from centrifugal compressor in the presence of catalyst CUCL2. i am familiar of Absorber, CO2 stripper, centrifugal compressor, reboiler, condenser and chiller kettle type. I have expertise of plant area safely startup and shutdown, troubleshooting and area equipments handover to maintenance for routine jobs under my supervision.I have good knowledge of DCS system, control loops, plant startup and shutdown safety procedures, fire fighting network, PTW and PSM.
