Examples of my achievements include but are not limited to:• Implemented Machine learning algorithms for predicting lung adenocarcinoma using CT Scan image features, and achieved high through-put results. • Implemented a Graph Neural Network for Network Intrusion Detection. • Chess board and Pieces recognition using Masked-RCNN's from image data. • Human Action Recognition using ST-GCN and Pytorch for CPU configuration. • Applied Random Forest (using hand-crafted features), CNNs and LSTM algorithm/architectures for the classification of Binding Sites (which would aid in drug discovery) in protein sequences. • My publication based on the results achieved for above mentioned problem has been published at IEEE Xplore: https://ieeexplore.ieee.org/document/8994703/ • Provided technical support to an Egyptian Tech Start-up, solved 20 Business & NLP problems and created Google colab notebooks for University students. • Did a Capstone Project (NFL Players’ salary prediction) in R for a client on Upwork which included documentation, presentation and scripts. • NBA Player improvement prediction based on historical data analysis using Machine Learning. • Built a multi-variate marketing mix model using pytorch. Next I would be using the multi-variate approach weather forecasting for New York City. • Successfully solved Twitter Sentiment analysis and stack overflow questions auto-tagging problems as part of machine learning course projects. • Worked in a team of 4 on a Lip/Speech to word recognition and translation using the data-set at: http://www.robots.ox.ac.uk/~vgg/data/lip_reading/lrw1.html • Built a sentence De-Scrambler using Keras and Theano. Currently, working on NLP “Reviews Auto-Response Generation”. • Built a Textual CommonSense Reasoning Model using Bert and CNNs, article to be published soon.
