As being a part of PipeMath development team, I worked with existing and potential clients to promote the Oil and Gas Pipeline company's products and services, significantly increasing sales and contributed to the company’s revenue growth. I documented user manuals, operating procedures and technical specifications for performing the Pipeline calculations for users for various Oil and Gas pipeline companies including Surfline Inc, Enbridge Inc and Pembina Pipelines and Gas infrastructure. I read CSA Z662, CEPA, BATTELLE, PRCI and ASME B31.3, 4, 8 standard codes for pipelines and worked side by side with the senior pipeline engineers in understanding the complicated process and performing calculations of Pipeline stress analysis, horizontal directional drilling, road and railway crossings, electric power transmission line crossings, AC mitigation, cathodic protection, process piping, liquid and gas hydraulics, buoyancy control, hydrotesting, pressure testing, wall thickness calculations, cost analysis and estimation, cathodic protection, materials selection, bend analysis, upheaval buckling and AC mitigation and wall thickness for mostly steel, aluminium, HDPE and some other pipelines. I was also involved in checking the drawings, P&IDs, Bend schedules and the MTOs of the isometrics. I collaborated with Front end developers to monitor and maintain the accuracy of Piping calculations of the company. I attended weekly meetings with the consultants and prepared weekly and monthly reports and Invoices and report to manager.

My role is to design schematics and PCBs, optimizing power savings and battery life in batteries, selecting the components, and thermal management. Preparing BOM and technical documentation of design. Providing feedback over client designs and understanding customer needs through research and development. Key Contributions:● Smart Lock Development: Designed and developed the hardware architecture for a portable 1500 users digital lock for safes, vaults and smart homes. ensuring compliance and enhanced accuracy through advanced signal processing algorithms.● Intelligent Lighting Systems development: Led the design and prototyping of an intelligent lighting system device, which uses motion planning to track user movement in real-time, adjusting lighting automatically to provide optimal illumination as users move through the house, optimzing energy consumption, ensuring robustness and reliability in tracking humans for home and office.● My objective is to basically bridging hardware, software and cloud-based technologies. I have worked, implemented and automated projects with Embedded systems with C programming and python and testing the code quality and fix issues related to software bugs.● I have also worked on security issues and secured communication between embedded devices and the server using TLS/SSL encryption. I Implemented user authentication using OAuth2 and JWT for access control. Moreover, I have used tools like Nmap and Wireshark to monitor network security and detect vulnerabilities. I Integrated security testing (e.g., SAST using tools like SonarQube) in the DevOps pipeline to ensure code quality.

I worked on specific research projects in the fields of railway traction and hydrogen fuel cells. I formulated research objectives and proposals, designed and simulated experiments, and analyzed data. I worked on software to develop and analyze the results. I also collaborated with internal and external partners from various academic and industrial sectors as part of my work.The major parts of my work were:• Conducted literature review and data collection for a thesis on Optimization algorithms for Hybrid railway vehicles.• Helped the student achieve a high distinction grade and publish his work in a reputable journal.• Developed a novel system optimization algorithm for hybrid railway vehicles, combining a non-linear programming solver with the Mayfly Algorithm to address a non-convex optimization problem.• Generated efficient trajectories that enable effective power distribution, optimal energy consumption, and economical use of multiple onboard power sources, such as battery, supercapacitor, and diesel generator.• Designed and implemented a hybrid train simulator to model the dynamics and characteristics of the hybrid powertrain, including the power converters, the energy storage systems, and the traction motor.• Evaluated the performance and robustness of the proposed algorithm using various scenarios and benchmarks, such as different routes, speeds, loads, and weather conditions.• Demonstrated the advantages of the proposed algorithm over existing methods, such as lower energy consumption, lower carbon dioxide emissions, lower maintenance costs, and longer operational life of the power sources.
