As a Customer Service Specialist at Cingular Wireless, I demonstrated strong communication and organization skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft and Outlook programs. I handled customer inquiries, complaints, and billing issues, as well as data entry, collections, and filing. I also supported the team with diagnostics and PowerPoint presentations.Before joining Cingular Wireless, I owned and operated Wright's Remodeling, a mobile home setup company, for fifteen years. I was the first woman in Texas to get a mobile home setup license in the early 2000s, and I learned the ins and outs of human resources, including interviewing, hiring, and training employees, filing taxes, and bidding jobs. I am currently pursuing my Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice with a minor in Human Resources at Southern New Hampshire University, where I have a 3.979 GPA. I am passionate about learning new skills and applying them to real-world situations. I am a member of the National Honor society, I have one a scholarship from Southern New Hampshire University, Won a Penmen Pursuit Award 2024.
