Provide Refund to the customers if a fraud is identified. Raise Charge back for the fraud transactions and claim the amount from the merchant. The process comes under criticality 2 and has same day Service Level Agreement. Was a part of two migration process PSD (Payment services Directive) & FDP Credit (Future Dated Payments Credit)
