An employer brand is something you have whether you like or not, employee engagement is something you earn. And since an attractive employer brand is based on its people and culture and on how true and trustworthy the communication is, the work starts within by earning the employees engagement and trust - in order to move from having an employer brand reputation “whether you like it or not” to an attractive one. And like everything in life you are more likely to succeed if you know the procedure. Know WHY you do what you do, what to do when and how to do it.In my work I always strive to raise the overall status of employer branding, employee experience and engagement in order to strengthen, not only the employer brand but also the corporate brand and organisational culture. It´s a bit of a mission to help organisations go from storytelling to storydoing, increasing the internal awareness and understanding of true integrated employer branding and its benefits for the whole brand. SWEET SPOTProfessionally I´m in my sweet spot when witnessing the hands-on impact of my advice and the feeling of really making a difference. My personal sweet spot is when I’m with (probably) the best people in the world i.e. my family and large group of friends, skiing in the mountains or just outdoor feeling the bliss of nature.
