I have many years of experience in customer service where I have grown my professional skills and achievements each year. I began at Mercedes-Benz as a business development center agent/receptionist in September of 2020. As a BDC agent, I was the initial POC for incoming calls, I scheduled vehicles for service appointments, connected customers with sales inquiries to sales representatives, and kept detailed lists of new/used car inquiries for company documents. I was promoted to the loaner car department where I worked as a loaner car agent in October of 2021. In the loaner department I created legal documents between customers and the dealership. Soon after begin promoted to a loaner car agent, I was promoted once again to service writer in December of 2021, where I am currently still positioned.
