Mallory Collier has six years of experience in a variety of customer service and administrative roles. Her experience includes program outreach, communication between customers and project teams, grant research, data entry, application QA/QC, and management support. She currently supports Florida Commerce with Hurricane Sally CDBG-DR program administration and management. With Louisiana’s Office of Community Development and Louisiana Housing Corporation, she supports their CDBG-DR funded programs with policy and procedures writing. On the Louisiana Infrastructure Technical Assistance (LITACorp) Program, Mallory has maintained communication between the project team and Louisiana municipalities while performing QA/QC on applications, research tasks, and writing tasks to support project goals and organization. In her work with East Baton Rouge’s (EBR) ARPA funded Stormwater Repair Program, she facilitated communication between homeowners and contractors while storing pertinent case information in Excel. Previously, she worked with the EBR Emergency Rental Assistance Program aiding in application submission and case management communication while offering additional resources to applicants facing economic challenges in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. She utilizes her skills in writing, organization, digital literacy, adaptability, attention to detail, communication, and self-motivation to provide great service to her team
