ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES• Coordinate merchandise procurement and fulfillment for area and state games• Support merchandise sales at area and state games• Update products and inventory for the online store• Order fulfillment for the online store• Maintain accurate inventory for chapter merchandise• Code invoices and check requests for merchandise • Perform regular data entry tasks for gift processing, event expenses, donor acknowledgement, and constituent record management• Perform regularly scheduled database maintenance tasks including duplicate record management and data cleanup• Perform data sync operations between Raiser’s Edge and Convio• Perform routine and unique Queries and Reports from Raiser’s Edge, and analyze data specific to particular affinity (i.e., sponsorships, major gifts, foundations, law enforcement torch run, etc.)• Provide Event and TeamRaiser Reports from Convio• Provide financial reports as they relate to the Resource Development team (i.e. DDR and Budgets)• Perform mail merges using both Microsoft and Raiser’s edge as required• Support fundraising events as required• Provide excellent customer service to external constituents and staff• Other duties as assigned

• Professionally directed phone messages to the appropriate party• Acquired administration fees from prospective recreational athletes• Spent six hours a week entering data into a spreadsheet using Microsoft Excel
