I am the Managing Member of Renew Air HVAC LLC, in Byhalia, MS. I was originally brought into this company, for the bookkeeping position, but that quickly changed, as it needed a leader. Now, I am ALL OF THE ABOVE. I keep the books, hire/fire the employees, ensure we're up to legal compliance, dispatch jobs, deal with customers, bid jobs, handle customer financing, advertise the business, online and in real time, collect payments, call in materials and supplies to the supply house, and everything else, BESIDES the actual physical installation. I am eventually going to learn to do the service calls, as well.
