-Serve as a subject matter expert for domestic and international payment methods at UW-Issue advance funds for individuals performing field work and international partners-Monitor compliance with university, state and federal policies and perform audits-Prepare aging reports for past due advances and analyze spending trends-Process and troubleshoot wire and ACH payments to university vendors and foreign nationals

-Coordinate international travel and meeting logistics, process complex travel reimbursements-Prepare graphics for funding applications, reports, manuscripts and training materials-Curate a monthly program newsletter and content for the program website -Develop and maintain social media accounts for the fellowship programs-Facilitate communication between trainees, mentors, and collaborators across countries

Oversaw four small businesses, including a jewelry cooperative, pine needle basket cooperative, coffee cooperative, and carpentry program. All communication with customers nationally and internationally, preparation of orders, and inventory management. Direct work with artisans in the field on design and quality control.

Developed a program to assist Latino high school students with college entrance and scholarship applications. Direct work with students and parents in the field, and network building with other organizations.

Oversaw a floor of 70+ students, programmed activities around the themes of Inclusive Leadership and Eco-Awareness, offered referrals to services on and off campus, aided students in their transition into university life at the beginning and throughout the year.

Tutored students of all ages in the 100 and 200 levels of Spanish, led bi-weekly conversation groups, and received over 20 hours of training and CPLA Level II certification.
