• Manage shift of publishing platform and organizational processes in the change from Spredfast to Sprinklr.
• Manage NHL Saturday and NHL Sunday social content programming, including the rebrand from European Game of the Week, club involvement, and native language player requests.
• Continue to elevate international social sponsorships by working with in-house sponsorship team for campaigns around specific events including European Player Media Tour, North American Player Media Tour, Global.
• Training and development of existing and new staff members, resulting in team growth and expansion.

• Closely partner with the VP of Consulting, key stakeholders, senior leadership, Account Directors, Account Managers, Video Editors, and Designers across the globe to discuss key initiatives and potential roadblocks in.
• Create project plans for campaigns, acting as the liaison for in-house and agency design teams, monitoring progress and managing the control of assets.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders including the dot com editorial team, In-Game Communications, and NHL clubs, in the cross-platform execution of content.
• Provide regular performance results of international social media content through analytics coordinator.
• Regular scheduling of ideation sessions and Content Club sessions on a consistent basis throughout the season – around events, specific campaigns, Playoffs, and around general improvements or ways of streamlining.
• Travel to all North American and European tent pole League events in an on-site producer capacity, capturing photo and video content, and player-to-phone content.
